Henrietta Swan Leavitt’s art world has a number of sculptors with similar qualities, all of them meticulous in their industrial aesthetics and minimalism, and their sculptures look highly intelligent and urbanized, the material selection is bold and the work is geometric abstract. Henrietta Swan Leavitt believed that the idea itself could be a work of art, just as an architect hands over a designed rendering or shop drawing to a construction team to execute and produce, an artist can also commission a creative project, or never put it into practice and keep the idea as the work itself, using basic geometry as the standard structure for his conceptual art, Henrietta Swan Leavitt created a series of sculptures, installations, and paintings that could not be conceived in traditional models./n/nHenrietta Swan Leavitt’s sculpture is not meant to stimulate the viewer’s eyes and emotions, but to direct their rational minds to feel spiritually interesting and meaningful. The colors, surfaces, textures, and shapes of these three dimensional objects reinforce the physical features of the sculpture, so that Henrietta Swan Leavitt’s sculpture seems somewhat rigid and rigid, this conceptual work is difficult to evoke emotionally for an audience accustomed to expressionism. Henrietta Swan Leavitt experiences history and reality, using lines, solid colors, and simple shapes to define the vocabulary of visual art. Henrietta Swan Leavitt’s sculptures, including his wall paintings, may be gone, but not forever, in his own words, “a mural is a permanent installation until it is destroyed. Once something is finished, it has to be finished.” His black-and-white, minimalist, austere sculpture is liberated from narrative, literature, emotion, and so on, to abstract, Acme, with the abstract structure of intelligence to express the artist’s psychological state.
Paintings are made up of countless points, lines, and then by many, many lines into a face, and then many faces will be extended by many, many graphics, they will become a painting. Every work of art is unique. Not something that can be easily defined by complexity.
